Sousa Roofing is led by Jaime DeSousa, who has over 30 years of construction experience. A carpenter by trade, Jaime has extensive, hands-on knowledge of the construction industry that dates back to 1995. Jaime has dedicated over 24 years to managing high-level construction projects while also handling the daily demands of running a business. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, which he imparts to his staff, ensuring they have the guidance needed to lead successful projects.

In the 30 plus years that I have been active in construction, I’ve seen a lot of change. Jadin DeSousa started working with his dad in the construction field at 16 years old during summer vacations. At 21 years old, Jadin now works full-time as a Project Coordinator. His role involves overseeing the projects to ensure each project is properly stocked, coordinating deliveries both before and during the project, and making sure on-site crews have everything they need to complete the work smoothly and efficiently. He also accompanies his dad when meeting customers.
