Sousa Roofing is led by Jaime DeSousa, who has over 30 years of construction experience. A carpenter by trade, Jaime has extensive, hands-on knowledge of the construction industry that dates back to 1995. Jaime has dedicated over 24 years to managing high-level construction projects while also handling the daily demands of running a business. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, which he imparts to his staff, ensuring they have the guidance needed to lead successful projects.

In the 30 plus years that I have been active in construction, I’ve seen a lot of change. Jadin started working with his dad in the construction field at 16 years old during summer vacations. At 21 years old, Jadin now works full-time as a Field Operations Manager. His role involves overseeing our field staff who's responsibility is to ensure each project is properly stocked, coordinating deliveries both before and during the project, and making sure on-site crews have everything they need to complete the work smoothly and efficiently. He also accompanies his dad when meeting customers.

His deep understanding of project management, field operations, and business leadership has earned him a reputation for delivering quality work and exceeding client expectations.

Internal Operations Manager
As the manager of Internal Operations at Sousa Roofing, Theresa oversees the company’s internal management systems, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments. She leads the team responsible for contract administration, change order management, and compliance oversight, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
